Learn the tips and tricks for fact-checking and verifying sources that you can bring back to your classroom and empower your students to be informed citizens.
In preparation for the spring provincial election, listen to experts and journalists share their insights relating to the parties and campaign strategies, and participate in small group discussions with other teachers to speak about useful tools and best practices for Student Vote.
Teachers will leave the day ready to challenge their students into thinking about politics, news consumption and participating in Student Vote Alberta 2019.
