First Nation communities throughout Canada have many different types of music and celebrations that are unique to their community and/or nation. During this workshop you will the explore the significance and meaning of components of the powwow and round dance, such as regalia, song and dance. You will learn about current resources to support your learning of powwows and round dances, as well as learn a few dance steps!
