The goal of any school's athletic program is to create successful teams. But what does success mean? Success can defined as a win/loss record, but truly successful teams are those that take what they learn on the court and applying that off the court. Successful teams are those programs that incorporate life lessons and character development into their programs. Successful teams are those that your student athletes will remember fondly once they leave your school. As a coach or an athletic director how can you lead your program to create a successful team.
