Scotland Yard: Deductive reasoning in Math 20-2

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
In this session we will explore how Ravensburger's award winning board game "Scotland Yard" can be used in the Math 20-2 classroom to develop skills in logical reasoning. We will have a chance to play the game and simulate how it would look in a small and/or larger class setting. In addition, you will walk away with resources on how to incorporate the game into your unit assessments. A unique way for teachers of Math 20-2 to use board games in the classroom in the logic/reasoning unit. How to efficiently run a board game for a large or small group of students. Resources for implementation into their own classrooms.
