Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Looking for an engaging geometry task with connections to other strands? In this session, we’ll be exploring how to create pentominoes and then how curiosity leads to the design of personal inquiries rooted in pentominoes. Teachers will learn how to start with a simple prompt around mathematical structures that results in student-created inquiries to provide many days of learning activities – making prep for math classes easy. We’ll explore how inquiry-based learning connects to the curriculum.
