Podcasting has exploded in popularity in recent years, with 1 in 3 Canadians listening on a regular basis. With so much content to choose from, it can be a bit daunting. This session will have two parts: the first will help open up the possibilities for both finding great education podcasts to listen to, as well as help you discover what you’d need to start your own. The second part is a live recording of The Ed Podcast which will include audience participation. Be ready to join us on your very first podcast experience! The Ed Podcast, has been running for almost 4 years and has an audience which spans the globe. Each month, Ed host Shane Lawrence gathers with one or two others and hashes out the month that was, sharing their successes and failures, plus taking some time to discuss an important topic in education. Please note, this session may record your image and voice. Voice recordings are broadcast.
